The safety and comfort of our guests and our team is our highest priority. As such, we remain flexible with our service policies, procedures, and offerings to ensure the safety of our guests, staff, and community.
We will continue increased cleaning of frequently contacted spaces and items, using the most current cleaning technologies, and document with a rigorous cleaning log to ensure we never miss a detail.
Our team will stay up-to-date and continue to explore new sanitation tools and effective cleaning methods as new information becomes available and as recommended by CDC.
To ensure safety and full sterilization, rooms are thoroughly disinfected with an electrostatic sprayer between guest stays.
To ensure our guests are the only individuals entering a room through the duration of a reservation, mid-stay housekeeping and additional amenities will be made available by request only, during operating hours.
All laundry and linens are cleaned following CDC guidelines and inspected/cleaned rooms are sealed until the next guest's stay.
All bar staff are currently required to wear protective masks to ensure both guest and staff safety. Bar patron or hotel guest, we will always respect your requests and privacy, ensuring you feel comfortable during your entire stay on property.
For those that do not wish to enter, bar service will be available to guests and our community via window service, weather permitting, with cocktails and special offerings.
Until further notice, guest capacity will be limited to the amount of people who can be safely seated at designated spaces inside the bar and on the patio.
